Three years building with AI

I've spent the last three years building with AI, from systems where several AI tools work together to small setups that sort your inbox for you.

My background is in sociology and market research, which taught me to take complicated ideas and make them clear. Now the job is to learn how you work, then build AI around it.

    Ninety-minute sessions on your real work. We open your real tools and set things up together, so you're never just watching me do it for you. You get a recording, a transcript and a recap after each session, and you can email me questions in between.

  • Basics, built together on your real work: email triage, call transcription and notes, calendar and meeting prep
  • At least 1 working agent and 3 skills, with the connectors explained so you understand how it runs

PACKAGE 2

Go Further

$1,600

  • 5 90-minute sessions, including everything in Focus Start
  • Workflows that cross tools: inbox to draft to follow-up, meeting to notes to tasks
  • You start building workflows yourself, with multiple agents and many skills

Go Deep

  • 7 90-minute sessions, including everything in Go Further
  • You build independently: find the bottleneck, scope the workflow, build it, test it

Every session is 90 minutes. Extra sessions beyond a package are $300 each. You'll need your own Claude subscription. I'll also suggest Wispr Flow so you can talk instead of type, but it's optional.

Rescheduling. Rescheduling is free with 24 hours' notice, and I'll give you one grace period for last-minute changes. After that, late changes may be charged. I also want to be upfront: I live with a chronic health condition, so once in a while I may need to reschedule on short notice too. I'll always work with you to find a new time, and I'll be as flexible with you as I hope you'll be with me.

What happens in a session?

We meet one-on-one for 90 minutes and work on your actual tasks, in your own tools. No slides and no templates. Afterward you get a recording, a transcript and a recap.

What will I leave with?

A complete AI setup built around your work, plus the know-how to keep building on it yourself.

What do I need to pay for or bring?

Just your own Claude subscription. I'll recommend Wispr Flow too, but it's optional.

Can you work with my team?
